Message	Ok, let's just SAY, hypothetically, that a TTZ and an Rx-7 TT were racing on public streets, doing well over what they should be doing speed wise. And a redneck pickup or two sees them racing, takes their plates, then gets in front of them and drive really slow to try and slow the TTZ & 7 down, presumably having just called the police. Could the police, having not actually seen the two cars racing, just take the two redneck pickups words for it and give them tickets for racing? Or no? Just wondering. Hypothetically, of course :)
